Regarding previous post:
The book I was looking for is called Body for Life , not Fit for Life. I used the weight exercises in the book when my weight lifting class ended and I was able to buy the hand weights the rec center was selling. Then, of course, I stopped at some point and even though I had weights under the chair where I watch TV and I have read that weight lifting is very good for osteoporosis, I have never used them.
